Assisted living residents are valued members of the Carillon community—participating in life alongside other residents in our inclusive and welcoming neighborhood. In fact, assisted living residents may choose to enjoy meals in any of our four dining venues or join neighbors for meals in the assisted living dining room.

Our wellness-centered activities program encourages participation in physical, social and cultural activities with others. Retirement Living Guide

Two levels of care, as needed.

We work closely with residents, their family and physicians to develop a custom assisted living plan that suits personal preferences and enhances independence. Carillon offers two state-certified levels of assisted living care.

BelleCourt level “A” state certification

For residents who thrive in an environment with licensed staff who focus on autonomy and personal dignity.
A choice of studio, one- or two-bedroom apartment homes.
Residents are often able to care for themselves with a few gentle reminders and a little extra help.

BelleCourt level “B” state certification

For residents who require more support.
A home-like setting where nurses respectfully assist with dressing, grooming, bathing and other activities of daily living.

Available to the community at large.

Assisted Living apartments are available to residents of Carillon on a priority basis, as well as to people living in Lubbock, surrounding towns in West Texas, and even residents who move here from out of state to be near family or friends. It’s a warm and welcoming environment, with family and guests welcome 24/7. Residents and family members also appreciate the fact that therapy services at BelleCourt are paid by most insurance companies.
