- Individual, physician-directed care in collaboration with the Texas Tech School of Medicine
- On-site nurse practitioner
- Skilled care for post-surgical cardiac patients
- Ability to manage feeding tubes, IV diuretic and therapies, wound VAC therapy, Jackson-Pratt (JP) drains, PleurX drains, CPAP/BIPAP/AVAPS and LifeVest
- 24-hour skilled care by Registered & Licensed Nurses who are supported by Certified Nursing Assistants

Daily services
- Medication management supervised by licensed nurses
- Professional rehabilitation services by licensed therapists
- Assistance with bathing, dressing, weekly whirlpool or shower, foot care and medication administration
- Linen service, personal laundry service weekly or as needed, and weekly housekeeping
- Three meals per day with extensive menu selections accommodating special diets prepared by our chef daily

Medical Director

Kitten Linton, MD

Dr. Linton received her bachelor of science degree at Texas Tech University. She then attended medical school at University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, obtaining her medical degree in 1981. She completed her residency in Family Medicine at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and is Board Certified in Family Medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine. Dr. Linton is an Assistant Professor of Family and Community Medicine with Texas Tech Health Sciences Center. Through the collaborative relationship with Carillon and Texas Tech Health Sciences Center, Dr. Linton trains the future family physicians on how to care for geriatric patients in long term care settings.
