It’s a favorite gathering place for nutritious and delicious menu options at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Plus, residents and their guests love the country club-style brunch served every Sunday in the Skylight Dining Room.
The delicious aroma of fresh-baked cookies and warm cinnamon rolls welcomes you to this charming gathering spot in the beautifully renovated Pointe Plaza. It’s open 12 hours a day, Monday – Saturday for a quick cup of coffee, a cocktail or a light meal at your leisure. Right next door is the convenience store—a well-stocked, one-stop shop where residents can pick up a few everyday essentials if they don’t want to go out to shop.
Rosslyn Smith 2024-05-25 Prior to moving to Carillon six months ago, I had spent approximately a year and a half visiting a number of senior independent living facilities in Lubbock, and Carillon emerged as the option that best met my needs. I was impressed by the Life Care program, which includes not only independent living, but also assisted-living, memory care, skilled nursing, and rehabilitation should any of these be needed.
Sometimes things that look inviting to an outsider do not always live up to the expectations of the residents. However, Carillon has not only met my expectations, it has exceeded them. The staff is excellent, the food is both plentiful and good, and every day brings a wide assortment of activities from which to choose. One of my favorite things about Carillon is the sense of community among the residents, who have been extremely friendly and welcoming to me. Without a doubt, moving to Carillon was the right decision for me, and I highly recommend it to others for their consideration.

Seniors have a choice in a positive environment to enjoy friends, fun and food. The exercise work out room is fully staffed and the beautiful poor is delightful. The staff is friendly and positive as they give the needed support.

The staff is very friendly and one of the best things is the physical therapy program. They work with each patient to get them to a scheduled recovery. They do a great job and keep the patient's spirits up as they progress.
